With nearly 30 years of experience in professional football—both on the pitch and from the technical area— Ciaran brings a unique blend of elite sporting expertise and leadership across player development, high-performance environments, and business. A former international player (Northern Ireland), a UEFA Pro License coach, and a qualified Advanced Youth Award holder (17–21), Ciaran has experience managing both senior women’s teams and youth development pathways at professional clubs.
Beyond football, he’s led £1m+ client accounts as a business development manager and founded multiple ventures, including a sports tech startup, demonstrating his entrepreneurial mindset and commercial acumen.
